President Mohamed Morsy has ordered the establishment of a “bureau of appeals” that will collect citizen complains, acting presidential spokesperson Yasser Ali said on Wednesday.
Ali explained that three branches will be opened to begin with, and then the bureau will be expanded to have a branch in each city.
The official website for the presidency will be launched next week, Ali said, and citizens can submit their complaints via a form on the site.
Morsy declared in his 19 June speech in Tahrir Square, “My door is open to all citizens, and I am in constant contact with you.”
