Cairo Court of Appeal is convening on 23 March to resume the Ettehadiya incidents case in which former President Mohamed Morsy and 14 other leaders and members of the Muslim Brotherhood are accused.
The court is resuming the trial because the defendant Essam al-Eryan’s request to replace the judge was turned down.
Eryan was fined LE10,000 and his bail was confiscated.
