Police officer, 3 conscripts injured in clashes with street vendors in Giza

One police officer and three conscripts were injured in clashes with street vendors and kiosk owners on Saturday morning in Giza after the vendors were ordered to move to enable the traffic to flow better.
 
Ahmed Howala, head of traffic control in Giza, said the street vendors and kiosk owners in the Ard al-Lewa neighborhood attacked them and pelted them with stones and empty bottles.
 
Police arrested 10 vendors.
