President Sisi orders the utmost healthcare be provided to composer Omar Khairat

President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi on Tuesday ordered Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health and Population Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, to follow up on the health status of composer Omar Khairat and provide him with all necessary forms of medical support.

The President also tasked the minister with preparing a detailed report on the artist’s health and monitor his condition continuously.

Khairat suffered severe health issues on Sunday, which led to his transfer to intensive care.

In a statement, Khairat apologized to his fans and those eagerly awaiting his upcoming concerts, explaining that they could not be held due to his health.

He reassured his fans that he is doing well and that his condition is now stable. However, doctors have advised him to rest and recover, which will necessitate postponing his artistic engagements.

Khairat expressed his deep appreciation for his fans and his enduring gratitude for their love and support, promising to return soon to perform concerts worthy of them and his artistic legacy.
