Scores of protesters staged demonstrations across the country, calling for the fulfillment of the demands of the Egyptian revolution.

In Ismailia, peaceful demonstrators demanded quick trials for the police officers accused of killing demonstrators during the revolution.

In Sharqiya, demonstrators protested the continued holding of former President Hosni Mubarak without trial in the Sharm el-Sheikh Hospital.

Meanwhile, youths in Giza announced that they will join their counterparts in a million-strong demonstration in Suez, at which they will demand the cleansing of the Interior Ministry of corruption, a promise made by Prime Minister Essam Sharaf in his most recent speech to the nation.

In Minya and Sohag, protesters also staged demonstrations and demanded social justice for all citizens.
