Ministries of Petroleum and Supply, together with the Alexandria Company for Petroleum Additives (ACPA) signed a protocol of cooperation on Monday, aimed at applying the project of turning the used cooking oil into diesel oil nationwide, especially it's success in Port Said.
Within the scope of the project, the citizens can bring used cooking oil to groceries in return for free food, which will be added to their ration cards, allowing an increase in the subsidy, according to Minister Khaled Hanafy. The grocers will also profit from handing over the used oil.
