The Ministry of Endowments announced the opening of all major mosques in which Friday prayers are held for worshipers in the Tahajjud prayer, starting from the night of the twenty-seventh of Ramadan until the end of the holy month..
The ministry said that the decision came based on the opinion of the Epidemiology and Health Pandemic Crisis Management Committee, and the approval of the Ministry of Health and all the bodies represented in the committee.
It added that the decision came in light of the Ministry’s keenness to create an atmosphere of faith in this holy month
The statement said that all directorates and departments should follow on the applying of the decision and assign imams who perform the Tahajjud prayer.
