The Federal Agency for Tourism (Rostourism) said there are talks with Egypt to increase the number of flights between the two countries, and to use the Russian payment system Mir in Egyptian resorts.

She noted that Egypt is one of the most preferred tourist destinations for Russians to spend their vacation. Doguzova explained that within four months of last year since the resumption of air traffic, the flow of tourists from Russia to Egypt reached nearly one million.
