The Egyptian Foreign Ministry has announced on Thursday that the Saudi authorities agreed to open the Al-Tawail crossing in Jizan and the Al-Wadiah and Al-Khadra crossings in Najran to evacuate Egyptians stranded in Yemen.
These will be added to the Al-Mazyunah and Sarfait crossings in Oman that receive Egyptians from Yemen.
Egyptian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Badr Abdel Atty suggested to use the Al-Tawail crossing. He also said the ministry continues efforts to evacuate Egyptians by sea from Aden and Hodeidah, and by air from Sanaa Airport on private Yemeni planes and state airlines of neighboring countries.
