President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi said Friday 10/1/2025 developments in countries bordering Egypt and regional and international conditions “require us to be at the highest levels of awareness and preparedness and to be more sagacious.”

He said: “This is the mission that those joining the military are entrusted to fulfill, and which drove them to join the armed forces in the first place. It is the most honorable role that any person can undertake.”
The President greeted the armed forces for all their tireless efforts to ensure the security and safety of Egypt.
He said that those serving in the military should have a balanced, tolerant and moderate personality and are required to show discipline, respect and confidence.

He expressed his great confidence in the younger generation at the Military Academy, wishing them wellness and success.
Sisi reassured the cadets about the domestic situation, saying, “Rest assured, things are going well, thank God. We have been facing tough conditions for four years now, starting with the challenges caused by the Corvid-19 crisis, then those resulting from the Russian war, the Gaza war, and the difficult circumstances in neighboring countries.”
“But, with God’s help, we will prevail.”
Sisi repeated his greetings to the cadets, promising to visit them again to check on their conditions and their progress.
