Meteorologists expect a slight increase in temperatures across Egypt on Tuesday with moderate weather predicted for the northwestern and eastern coasts while temperatures will be hot in Cairo and Lower Egypt. Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 31C in Alexandria, 36C in Cairo, 39C in Hurghada, 38C in Sharm el-Sheikh, 43C in Qena, and 44C in Luxor and Aswan.
Low- and medium-level clouds are anticipated in the northern parts of the country.
Winds will be mostly northeasterly and moderate, active on South Sinai and the Gulf of Suez, possibly disrupting maritime navigation.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be low to moderate, ranging between 1 and 1.5 meters in height, while waves in the Red Sea will be moderate to rough and will range between 2 and 2.5 meters high. Surface winds will be northwesterly on both seas.
