Victims of swine flu virus, known as H1N1, have reached 69, the Health Ministry said on Tuesday adding that infected cases since December reached 786.
Six cases passed away, other 81 were infected with the virus since Friday. 441 cases are suspected to be infected with the virus.
In a statement on Tuesday, the ministry said that victims who have died since Friday include cases who were kept at hospitals since previous weeks.
Samples of all diagnosed cases are sent to the ministry’s central laboratories, where the presence of the H1N1 virus is confirmed, the statement added.
