The Egyptian tax Authority has set fees for car license renewals based on the capacity of engines for the year 2015.
According to the authority’s statement, the fees apply to vehicles with engine litre capacity over 2030 cm3.
The statement showed a table categorizing cars based on their models and engine capacities with the so-called “development fees” required for each on license renewal.
The authority added that the table is periodically renewed in December every year so as to enlist new car models and remove others that had been manufactured more than ten years earlier.
