The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) expects temperatures to drop in the Delta, Lower Egypt and northern Upper Egypt regions on Wednesday.
The weather on Wednesday is expected to be hot and humid in Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt and the North Coast, and very hot in South Sinai and the south of the country.
By nightfall the weather will be hot and humid, while moderate and humid on the North Coast.
There are chances of light to moderate rainfall with occasional thunderstorms in the areas of Halaib, Shalateen and New Valley.
Weather maps anticipate a decrease in humidity and temperature together with the beginning of September.
The EMA advised to continue staying in well-ventilated places and not to be directly exposed to sunlight.
They also monitored moderate winds sometimes in Cairo, Lower Egypt, South Sinai and the south of the country, which may cause sand and dust storms in the areas of Halaib, Shalateen and New Valley at intermittent intervals.
