Chairman of the Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) Ahmed Abdel Aal said that the weather would become warmer on Thursday and Friday, with expectations of temperatures reaching 21C on Saturday.
In an interview with the “Akhr al-Nahar” program on al-Nahar TV channel on Wednesday, Abdel Aal alerted that the cold weather would dominate Egypt from 5 pm on Thursday until early Friday morning.
Maximum temperatures expected for the following cities are as follows: 18C in Cairo, 16C in Alexandria, 23C in Aswan, 15C in Sinai.
Mist will affect visibility in the morning through the country’s northern parts and Upper Egypt. Low and medium-level clouds will cover the northern parts of the country.
Winds are predicted to be northeastern and moderate.
