Meteorologists predict warm weather on Monday across all parts of Egypt, with the high temperature in Cairo increasing by three degrees celsius.
Temperatures will grow cold in most parts of the country by nightfall, with very cold weather predicted in Upper Egypt. Overnight temperatures will dip below freezing in central Sinai and northern Upper Egypt, bringing a morning frost to farmland in those areas.
Winds will be southwestern and active on western parts of the country, bringing possible sand storms.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be moderate, ranging between 1.25 and 1.75 meters in height, with southeastern to northeastern surface winds, while waves in the Red Sea will be low to moderate, ranging between one and 1.5 meters in height, with northwestern surface winds.
