
The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) forecasts slightly hot weather on Tuesday in Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, the North Coast, and Upper Egypt, and hot weather in South Sinai and southern Upper Egypt.
Weather will be mild in the early evening, turning cooler later at night and in the early morning.
Weather maps warn of morning fog, which may be dense at times and could last for up to five hours between 4:00 and 9:00 am on Tuesday.
The EMA indicated that fog is expected in northern Egypt, extending to Greater Cairo, northern Upper Egypt, and central Sinai, affecting some roads.
There will be a chance of light rain in parts of the northern coast and northern Lower Egypt, and as far south as Halayeb and Shalateen, at intervals.
The EMA warned of unstable weather starting Thursday, November 13, with the possibility of rain and thunder, with a drop in temperatures across the country.
Expected temperatures for Tuesday:
- Alexandria and Matrouh: 26C
- Cairo: 27C
- Hurghada and Sharm El-Sheikh: 31C
- Luxor: 34C
- Aswan: 36C
