The Meteorological Authority anticipates unstable weather conditions and rains starting Tuesday until Friday.
The maximum temperatures predicted for the following cities are 20C in Alexandria, 21C in Cairo, 24C in Qena, and 25C in Luxor and Aswan.
In Greater Cairo, active dusty wind is predicted on Tuesday, especially in open and desert areas. Low-and-medium level clouds are also predicted, accompanied by light to medium rainfall from Tuesday to Friday.
The weather is expected to be cold in the north and warmer in the south, especially in the daylight hours.
According to a statement by the EMA, winds will likely be active north of the country and in North Sinai, accompanied by dust and sand in open areas, affecting visibility and increasing the cold feeling.
Winds are also predicted to be active in the Mediterranean, leading to a significant disruption in maritime navigation.
Low-and medium-level clouds are anticipated, accompanied by heavy rain and occasional thunder on the northern coast, areas of Lower Egypt, North Sinai and expected to be medium in strength on the Suez Canal cities and north Upper Egypt.
The EMA called on concerned authorities to take precautionary measures against the weather.
