Meteorologists anticipate a gradual decline in temperature on Monday, with moderate weather on the northern coasts, but slightly hotter temperatures in Lower Egypt, Cairo, to northern Upper Egypt. The cool spell will evade southern Upper Egypt, with very hot weather during the day, getting milder at night.
Low- and medium-level clouds will appear over the northern parts, accompanied by rainfall on the coast and some parts of Lower Egypt.
Visibility will decrease in the morning due to dense mist throughout different areas in the northern region and middle Sinai. Winds are expected to be mostly northwesterly and moderate in strength, and will be active across the West.
Waves in the Red Sea will be moderate and range between 1.5 to 2 meters in height, with rougher waves in the Mediterranean Sea ranging between 2 to 2.5 meters in height. Surface wind will be northwesterly in both seas.
Maximum temperatures expected on Monday: in Cairo, 33C degrees; Alexandria, 27C degrees; Luxor, 39C degrees; and Aswan, 39C degrees.
