US dollar to Egyptian pound exchange rates remained stable on Tuesday at the Central Bank of Egypt, recording LE15.64 for purchase and LE15.73 for sale.
The dollar settled at LE15.62 for purchase and LE15.72 for sale at the National Bank of Egypt and Banque Misr.
The dollar settled at LE15.66 for purchase and LE15.74 for sale at the Commercial International Bank (CIB), and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB). The dollar settled at LE15.63 for purchase and LE15.73 for sale at Alex Bank.
The dollar was LE15.64 for purchase and LE15.74 for sale at the Arab African International Bank (AAIB), and Credit Agricole (CA).
Egypt devalued its currency by 48 percent in 2016, allowing it to float freely in order to meet a key demand by the International Monetary Fund and secure a three-year US$12 billion loan from the fund.
