Video: Hezbollah bombs Israeli settlements with dozens of Katyusha rockets

Lebanon’s Hezbollah bombed Israeli settlements with dozens of Katyusha rockets on Tuesday evening, which came in response to the targeting of villages in southern Lebanon and the war on Gaza, according to Lebanese media reports.

In a statement, Hezbollah explained: “The Mujahideen of the Islamic resistance bombed the settlements of Kfar Hoshen, Orhagnoz, Baryuhai, and Meron with dozens of Katyusha rockets.”

It added that this comes: “In support of our steadfast Palestinian people in Gaza Strip and in support of their brave and honorable resistance responding to the Israeli enemy’s attacks on the steadfast southern villages and safe houses, especially Kfar Kila, Aitaroun, Aita al-Shaab, Umm al-Tut, and the fall of three martyrs.”

Hezbollah earlier announced the targeting of the Kabri settlement in response to the death of children in an Israeli bombing on the town of Umm al-Tut in southern Lebanon.

According to the Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth, sirens sounded in the Israeli Meron area after 10 missiles were launched at the Western Galilee in northern Israel.

And the Israeli Channel 12 posted a video clip of missiles in the sky, indicating that they were coming from Lebanon.
