Global outage

The internet was disrupted in several countries on Friday resulting in the suspension of work in airports, companies and media, in addition to oil and gas trading in London and Singapore.

The Berlin Airport announced the suspension of flights until 08:00 GMT, while the airport operating company said on the “X” platform, that “The airport is suffering from a delay in registering passengers’ arrival due to a technical defect.”

Turkish Airlines also stated that it was experiencing problems with its reservation, passenger check-in and ticketing systems due to a global technical glitch.

The Turkish company’s help office stated, in a post on “X”, that work is underway to solve the problem.
