Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi attended on Thursday, October 15 the graduation ceremony of police cadets at Police Academy.
The graduation ceremony aired by Egyptian TV went viral as a result of the bizarre manners in which the graduating class showed off their expert martial arts skills.
