Milder weather is predicted for Tuesday on western coasts, turning hotter on eastern coasts, in the Delta and Cairo, meteorologists said.
Visibility will be reduced in the morning due to mist on northern coasts, in the Delta, Cairo and the canal provinces.
Low- and medium-level clouds will be seen in the north to be accompanied by scattered rains in parts of southern Sinai, the Delta and Cairo. Moderate northeasterly winds will blow.
Highs of 34 degrees centigrade will be reached in Cairo and 31 degrees in Alexandria.
The height of Mediterranean and Red Sea waves will reach between 1.5 to two meters. Northwesterly winds will blow on both seas.
Hot weather will be felt in Upper Egypt, with highs of 42 degrees in Qena, 43 degrees in Luxor and 44 degrees in Aswan.
