Deposed President Mohamed Morsy received on Thursday his first visit after his detention at Borg al-Arab prison in Alexandria, said a security source.
Morsy's family visited him during the usual visiting hours and brought him plenty of food, which is allowed for those imprisoned pending cases.
The source denied that Morsy had received any visits on Wednesday and stressed that his family's visit on Thursday is the first since he was brought to Borg al-Arab prison after his court session on Monday.
Morsy is still imprisoned in Borg al-Arab prison hospital, according to the source, and will be moved to his prison cell within 8 days.
