Nasr City Prosecution has remanded into custody 39 suspects involved in clashes that erupted in Nasr City between Muslim Brotherhood supporters and security on Friday for 15 days pending investigations.
Supporters, who were protesting, tried to reach Rabaa al-Adaweya Square blocked streets. Clashes left one killed, dozens injured.
Prosecution accused the suspects of assaulting police, damaging state properties, joining a banned group and blocking road.
