EgyptAir will operate more direct flights between Cairo and Delhi, Tourism Minister Hesham Zaazou said.
The airline will add three flights per week, which brings the total number of weekly flights to seven.
Zaazou said his ministry plans for create new markets for tourism such as in China and India.
"The Egyptian-Indian partnership in tourism includes the participation of tourism companies at tourism exhibitions and events, carrying out tourism caravans at the main cities in both countries, offering motives to attract tourists and organizing joint festivals," the minister added.
