Rainfall is expected on the North Coast, South Sinai, Halayeb and Shalatin, as a result of low and medium level cloud cover predicted on these areas. Mist will affect visibility in the morning in different parts of the north of the country.
Winds are anticipated to be mostly westerly and moderate in strength, active on the western parts and the Mediterranean Sea, possibly disrupting maritime navigation.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be moderate to rough and range between 2 to 2.5 meters. Waves in the Red Sea will be mild and range between 1.5 to 2 meters in height. Winds will be northwesterly surface on both seas.
Maximum temperatures predicted for the following cities are as follows; 24C in Cairo and 23C in Alexandria, 27C in Qena, 28C in Luxor, and 28C in Aswan.
