The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) expects warm weather on Saturday along the north coast, and warmer weather in Lower Egypt, Cairo and north Upper Egypt.
Hot temperatures are predicted in the south during the day.
However, very cold weather is expected across the country overnight.
Mist will affect visibility in the morning along the north coast and in Lower Egypt, Cairo, and the Suez Canal cities.
Low and medium level cloud cover is expected for the north coast, accompanied by light rainfall in South Sinai and the country’s southern parts.
Winds are anticipated to be moderate and mostly southwesterly in direction. Winds will be active in the western regions accompanied by dust.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be moderate and range between 1.5 and 2 meters high, while waves in the Red Sea will be light and range between 0.5 and 1 meter with northwesterly surface winds in both seas.
Maximum temperatures predicted for the following cities are as follows: 26C in Cairo, 23C in Alexandria, 30C in Qena, 31C in Luxor, and 33C in Aswan.
