Meteorologists predict warm weather on Sunday across Egypt in the daylight hours, growing cold by night.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are 21C in Alexandria, 20C in Cairo, 24C in Qena, 25C in Luxor and Aswan.
Mist will affect visibility across the country’s northern parts until northern Upper Egypt in the morning.
Winds are expected to be mostly southwesterly and moderate. Winds will be active on the far west and the Mediterranean Sea, disrupting maritime navigation there.
Low and medium-level clouds are expected for the northern parts, accompanied by rainfall on the northwestern coasts.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be mild and range between 1.5 to 2 meters in height, and surface winds will be southwestern. Waves in the Red Sea will be low to moderate and range between 1 to 1.5 meters in height, with northwesterly surface winds.
