Ecuador’s Ambassador in Cairo Denys Toscano Amores said Egypt is a pivotal and strong country which has a greater reliability in the Middle East region as regards mediation and peace.
Egypt is the only country in which all parties in the region are confident in its ability to maintain stability and peace, Amores told MENA on Saturday.
The ambassador said Egypt and Ecuador enjoy strong, deep and profound relations on all fronts, adding the two countries seek to foster cooperation in the cultural and trade fields, in addition to exchanging experiments in environment and other sectors.
Egypt and Ecuador are not competitors, but partners and both nations will always enjoy positive ties, according to him.
The two states are now mulling the cancelation of entry visa requirements to make it easy for their peoples to better communicate, added Amores.
