COPENHAGEN, Dec 6 (MENA) – President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi appreciated the keenness of the Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners to expand its investment presence in Egypt.
Egypt is interested in expanding the production of clean energy and green hydrogen, including through the green ammonia production project, he added during his meeting Friday with President of Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners Philip Christiani.
At the beginning of the meeting, which was held on the sidelines of President Sisi’s visit to Denmark, Christiani affirmed his country’s keenness on boosting cooperation with Egypt and increasing its investments in the spheres of clean energy and sustainability, said Presidential Spokesman Mohamed al-Shenawy.
The meeting also dealt with the projects which could be implemented, as part of efforts to increase cooperation between Egypt and the Danish company, added the spokesman. (MENA)
