CAIRO, Dec 15 (MENA) – Egyptian Ambassador in La Paz Hatem al-Nashar met with the newly elected President of the Bolivian Chamber of Deputies Omar Al Yabhat Yujra to discuss strengthening legislative ties between the two countries.
Ambassador al-Nashar conveyed greetings from Hanafy Gebaly, Speaker of Egypt’s House of Representatives, and congratulated Yujra on his election.
The meeting explored plans for future parliamentary delegation visits to Egypt, initiatives for forming a parliamentary friendship association, and Bolivia’s involvement in programs promoting Egyptian culture and heritage in the coming year.
Yujra expressed enthusiasm for bolstering bilateral cooperation, fostering parliamentary exchanges, and continuing consultations on shared issues of interest. (MENA)
