Manchester City manager Enzo Maresca on Sunday evening commented on Omar Marmoush‘s injury sustained during the Community Shield 2026 match against Arsenal.
Maresca said during the post-match press conference: “Omar Marmoush seems to be doing well despite the severity of the injury, and we will see the results of the tests to confirm.”
City lost 3-0 to Arsenal in the match played at Wembley Stadium on Sunday.
Marmoush was injured in the final minutes of the match and required medical attention after the final whistle.
