Palestinian political groups signed a reconciliation document during a meeting Tuesday in Cairo, according to the Egyptian state-run news agency MENA.
The Fatah movement signed the document on 15 October 2009 and Hamas signed it last week, a source told MENA. Another eleven factions signed it today.
A celebration is scheduled for Wednesday in Egypt. All Palestinian factions, as well as several Arab and foreign ministers and officials, were invited to attend.
