Matthew Perry, star of the hit sitcom “Friends,” died on Saturday at the age of 54.
His body was found in the bathtub of his home in Los Angeles.
Perry was best known for his portrayal of Chandler Bing on the sitcom “Friends.” He was one of the six main characters on the show, which followed the lives of six young friends in New York City.
The actor had struggled with addiction in the past, and was open about his struggles in his memoir, “Friends, Lovers, and the Big Terrible Thing.”
He had also spoken about how his cast-mates on “Friends” helped him to overcome his addiction.
