The family of journalist Mohamed al-Battawi is staging a protest at the Journalists' Syndicate on Saturday afternoon to demand his release.
Battawi, who works for Akhbar Al-Youm, was arrested at dawn last Wednesday.
“We want to know where he is,” said his sister Fatma, threatening an open-ended sit-in until his release.
