The Egyptian cabinet discussed and took up all measures and urgent decisions to ease negative repercussions of the world crises in 2022, including the impact of coronavirus, the Russian military operation in Ukraine, global inflation and hike in prices, according to a report Wednesday.
State institutions were keen on adopting a transparent approach upon directives of the political leadership, as President Abdel Fattah El Sisi was highly keen on following up on all presidential measures and initiatives incorporating a social and economic dimension to enable the State and the Egyptian citizens overcome current crises gripping the world.
In 2022, Egypt hosted the United Nations Climate Change Conference, COP 27, in Sharm el-Sheikh amid international applause lauding the success of the organization of the event.
Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli said all efforts attest to the success of the Egyptian State to organize and host major international events.
