The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) expects that Wednesday’s weather will be cold at night and early in the morning, moderately cold during the day in Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, the North Coast, and northern Upper Egypt, and moderate in South Sinai and the southern parts of the country.
Weather maps revealed light to moderate rain falling on areas of the North Coast and northern Lower Egypt at intermittent intervals.
The EMA warned of mists in the morning on some agricultural and express roads and those close to water bodies.
There will be occasional wind activity in areas of the North Coast, South Sinai and northern Upper Egypt at intermittent intervals, it added.
Expected temperatures on Wednesday:
- North Coast, Cairo and Lower Egypt: 20C
- Northern Upper Egypt: 21C
- Southern Upper Egypt: 23C
