Denmark has lifted the restrictions that were imposed on aviation to Egypt, especially Sharm el-Sheikh, Dahab and Saint Catherine.
A statement by Denmark’s embassy in Cairo on Facebook said the travel ban to South Sinai was lifted in coordination with other countries of northern Europe.
According to the statement, Denmark no longer bans traveling to Sharm el-Sheikh, Dahab or Saint Catherine. The decision is in force since February 9.
Denmark also does not ban traveling to the main destinations in Egypt including Cairo, Alexandria, the coast of the Red Sea, Luxor, Aswan and South Sinai anymore.
