Meteorologists said horizontal visibility will decrease due to the spread of suspended dust in Cairo, Lower Egypt and northern Upper Egypt.
Meteorologists advised citizens with chest allergies to wear masks when going outdoors.
A sudden rise in temperature was predicted on Thursday as Cairo is expected to hit 35C during the day and southern Upper Egypt 38C.
Meteorologists expect a drop in temperatures, Friday, in most parts of the country, by values of up to 3C to return to hot humid weather over Greater Cairo and Lower Egypt, and milder weather on the northern coasts, and very hot weather in South Sinai and southern Upper Egypt.
On Thursday, low cloud appeared in the morning over the areas of Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt and the northern coasts, which helps to soften the weather.
Active wind is expected in Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, the west of the country, and South Sinai at intermittent periods.
Light rain may fall on the northern coastal areas at intermittent periods, at a rate of approximately 20 percent.
