Egypt continues to occupy the world squash throne

The Professional Squash Association (PSA) has announced the women’s world rankings, with national team player Nour al-Sherbini maintaining her dominance at the top spot while Hania al-Hammamy came in second place.

Nourhan Johar came in third place and Nour Al-Tayeb in fifth place, while Rawan Al-Arabi ranked tenth in the women’s classification.

As for the men’s rankings – Ali Farag, a player for the national team and Wadi Degla Club, maintained his lead in the world squash rankings for the 45th consecutive week.

National team and Al Ahly player Mostafa Asal came in fourth place in the male rankings, while Karim Abdel Gawad came in fifth place, Mazen Hesham came in sixth place, and Tarek Momen came in eighth place.

The Board of Directors of the Egyptian Squash Federation praised the success of Egypt’s champions in dominating the game globally, showcasing the successful policy of the federation in encouraging successive generations to be their best.
