The Egyptian-Jordanian military drills, codenamed “Aqaba 7”, wrapped up on Friday in Egypt’s Southern Military Region.
The exercise is part of a series of joint drills between the two countries’ armed forces to strengthen cooperation and raise military combat capabilities and readiness to face regional challenges.
“Aqaba 7” kicked off on October 31, with the participation of the Egyptian and Jordanian maritime, ground, and special forces.
The military drill is one of the most essential exercises held between the two countries with the aim to to boost military cooperation between the armed forces.
