Ministry of Foreign Affairs urged the Egyptians in Syria to be cautious and stay away from the areas of tension.
The ministry urged them to abide by the instructions of the Syrian authorities and avoid traveling to Syria at present in addition to staying in contact with the Egyptian embassy in Damascus in light of the accelerating developments in Syria and fierce field clashes in some Syrian areas.
The ministry formed a crisis cell to follow up the latest developments of the Egyptians in Syria around the clock, a statement of the ministry said on Saturday 7/12/2024.
The ministry also urged them to quickly register their data to be able to follow up their conditions and check on them.
