Gamal Mubarak arrived at Cairo International Airport late Wednesday, coming from London with his wife, Khadiga al-Gammal, and his newborn baby, Mahmoud.
Mrs. Mubarak gave birth to Mahmoud in London a few weeks ago.
Their arrival comes after a standoff with the Egyptian consulate in London over passport and visa procedures.
Gamal Mubarak, recently released from prison where he served three years for charges of financial corruption, also has a five year old daughter, Farida.
