Egyptian Health Minister Khaled Abdel Ghaffar discussed with representatives of Johnson & Johnson the challenges and opportunities available to boost cooperation in the field of medical equipment in light of the directives of the Egyptian state towards investment and cooperation with the private sector in healthcare.
This comes on the sidelines of Arab Health Medical Expo held on January 28-February 1 in Dubai.
The minister asserted that the presidential campaigns in 2024 focused on the new treatment fields including mental health, Spokesman of the Health Ministry Hossam Abdel Ghaffar said.
The minister pointed out to the efforts of the Ministry of Health to boost healthcare via the Global Congress on Population, Health and Development and means to increase partnership in the coming edition of the conference, the spokesman said.
