The border guards have foiled an illegal emigration attempt of 47 people of different nationalities in Beheira, including 12 Egyptians, 12 Sudanese, 13 Eritreans, six Somalis and four Ethiopians, who were planning to travel to Italy from the Mediterranean.
Prosecutors ordered the arrest of the smugglers who were helping them.
