The Egyptian Association of Graduates from Russia and other central Asian and Eastern European countries will hold on Wednesday morning a march to mark 40 days since the Russian plane crash in Sinai.
The march will start at the Russian Cultural Center in Dokki and end at the Russian Embassy.
Public figures and representatives of government agencies and civil society organizations are expected to participate, including heads of the Journalists' Syndicate, the Engineers' Syndicate and the Actors' Syndicate.
A statement by the Russian Cultural Center said Tuesday that the march will last for ten minutes and flowers will be placed at a memorial that bears the images of victims.
Sherif Gad, head of the association, said Russian media will cover the march.
