Monday forecast: sandstorms expected

Meteorologists are predicting sandstorms in most regions of the country on Monday, coupled with falling temperatures and disturbance to navigation.
 
Experts predict cool temperatures during the day, turning colder at night, with sections of Sinai and the northern Upper Egypt at risk of frost. Rainfall is foreseen along the northern coasts and the Lower Egyptian provinces.
 
Waves in the Mediterranean and Red seas are expected to reach 3-4 meters and 2-2.5 meters high, respectively, with a northwesterly wind.
 
Expected maximum and minimum temperatures: Cairo: 17C/9C, Alexandria: 16C/10C, Aswan: 22C/6C, Luxor: 21C/6C
