Orascom Pyramids announces hotline for complaints at the pyramids

Orascom Pyramids, the company responsible for developing and operating visitor services at the Giza Pyramids in cooperation with the Supreme Council of Antiquities, has launched a unified call center service at hotline 19349 for the visitor area of ​​the Giza Pyramids plateau.

This service, launching for the first time, aims to provide a rapid response to visitor inquiries and feedback and address any complaints immediately during operating hours.

The hotline comes as part of revamping the visitor system and improving the level of services provided within the archaeological area, the company explained, aimed at ensuring a comprehensive tourist experience befitting the status of the Giza Pyramids as one of the most important destinations in the world.

Orascom Pyramids added that the call center will contribute to monitoring the quality of services provided to visitors, reducing negative feedback, and enhancing direct communication with the public to ensure the best possible visitor experience.

The company encouraged visitors to use the hotline 19349 for any complaints, requests for assistance, or inquiries related to their visit.

It emphasized that this step is part of a comprehensive vision to elevate the level of services within the Giza Pyramids Plateau to the highest international standards.
